Custees is a street term meaning feens, junkies, regular users and buyers of large quantities of illegal drugs. Drugs such as marijuana, cocaine, heroin, and ecstasy.

The so-called Phish-heads that invaded the scene around the time "Farmhouse" lp was released. These were the ones that put a dagger in the side of the band, catalyzing their untimely end.
During Summer Tour '99, custees invaded Shakedown, and eventually ruined the whole scene.
