What is Cut A Bucket?

(v); 1: When someone asks you to do something odd and/or insignificant they could easily do themselves while you are very obviously busy. (they are closer to the bucket, holding a saw, and you are getting in your car to leave, asking you to "cut" the bucket.)
2: A rediculous request phrased like a completely normal, everyday question.
