What is Cut A Flick?

To cause a scene. Generally when persons are angered or provoked, consequently ones temper is lost resulting in an outburst (usually verbal and may contain profanity). A negative action caused by provocation that is excting enough to be likened to a movie. Hence the term, "Cut A Flick"

She cut a flick in the club after she caught her man in there cheating on her.
