What is Cut Cards?

To process evidence for policy debate. Note: "Cutting Cards" is a general term and can include reading articles or books, tagging or citing pieces of evidence, or arraging evidence in a file. Origin: Was originated because people used scissors and paper to physically cut out and tape down evidence back in the day.
We didn't have any answers to that argument so they told me to go cut cards.
