Phrase commonly used primarily by blacks in southern parts of the U.S such as Houston, TX. It refers to a remark that was very morally degrading, resulting in someone giving props to the one making the remark.
Students were in class, and the teacher decided to let students who failed the test to retake the test and receive the higher grade of the two tests.
Rodney: Nah, thats unfair.
Jamal: Nigga shut up.
Rodney: Man dawg I'm jus trying to speak my mind.
Jamal: Tryin to speak ur mind old Dr. Phil ass gay head ass old Dick in the butt ass.
The black teacher, not reprimanding what was just said remarked;
Teacher: Damn, That Cut to the Bone!!!
