a phrase that derives out of anger or frustration; more often than not used when on the rag (or gay male period, for that matter) all in all, you want everyone out of your way or off with their heads!
hey daria, i was late for work today, spilled hot coffee on myself, a dog peed on me and then someone cut me off on the highway! i'm so going to cut-a-bitch if anyone else bugs me while i'm having one-on-one time with my tivo!
