What is Cutevicious?

An expression to describe a person who is too cute at heart to be mean or kick another person's ass. They may at times express an urge to kick someone's ass but those who know them know that they are, in fact, too cute to perform such an act and therefore cannot take them too seriously and refer to them as "cutevicious".
"Boop you are too cute when you are mad! You are cutevicious!"
