An person (blogger, website author, etc.) who uses the internet to appeal to emotions and/or popular prejudices to further personal, religious, political &c interests, an internet rabble-rouser.
The internet is infested with ranting cybergogues.

Its a synogogue online. Jews in Germany can access the cybergogue because Germans didn't feel like rebuilding the synogogues after 1945
