Those individuals who are responsible for most of the unwanted spamadvertising on the Internet that comes in the form of unwelcome, usually prohibited ads placed in inappropriate places in order to promote websites and products. Often some form of criminal.

"I deleted 300 porn ads that some idiot posted all over the online diary system today. Damn cyberspammers!"
