1) a creature native to the American Southwest which migrates to the Great Plains each spring in hopes of seeing thunderstorms and tornadoes. often seen driving a black Nissan Xterra, and is sometimes accompanied by Hummers with multicolored flashing lights. considered an object of ridicule by others who seek thunderstorms and tornadoes due to his litigious repuation.
2) someone who will probably sue me for writing this.
thanks to the fact the Cyclone Cowboy sued me for everything I have for calling myself a storm chaser, I had to move into a cardboard box near the dumpster behind Walmart.
