When the joker thinks his/her own joke is hilarious, but no one else does. He/she laughs, and everyone else laughs because it is funny that he/she thinks he/she is funny.

Josh & Mike: "Umm."
Sam: "hahahahaha!"
Josh & Mike: "haha!"
