What is Daese?

A much more emphatic version of diss. Sometimes used sarcastically to acknowledge an insult at oneself or another and at the same time turn the object of conversation from the insulted person(s) to the insult itself. Usually a conversation-stopper. Origin: Illinois Mathematics & Science Academy, c. 1996

John: Are you always this stupid or are you making a special effort today?

Jim: oh, DEASE.

John: Yea, I thought that was a pretty good one. Came up with it myself.
