What is Daffy Devil?

Rare species of duck found in the island of and around Key West, FL. These evil birds are a cross between a duck, turkey, and vulture. They somewhat resemble burn victims and will stare at or approach any human without even thinking twice. This is a mutated species of bird that happened because of the hurricanes I think.
