What is Dale'd?

When an internet forum is bought out by a company and gets worthless ads shoved down the members throats. Then any negative mention of the ads are mysteriously deleted and members are told to shut up and go along with the new changes.
Dude 1: Hey did you hear what happened in CFOT?
Dude 2: Naw man what?
Dude 1: Someone the new owners put up crappy ads and people were pissed off! Then the posts and threads started disappearing.
Dude 2: Man they got Dale'd! That sucks!

The act of taking a very successful online community, and alienating the very members who helped make it that way by forcing them to view a streaming video of Dale Earnhardt. To doom a forum to fail.
Hide the women and children, the forum is getting Dale'd.
