a "6 year old" who writes a college girl penpal letters without telling her ahead of time that they are penpals. often seen as an act of terrorism or scary-ness. said 'dalliyah's can hide anywhere; but they especially love umbrellas, brockle, the color pink and blue, and their 1 brother and 2 sisters. She also will like to gomp on things. and claim she goes to gompers elementary.
