If someone is described as a Dalnaspesh then they are bossy brown nosing arses. This makes them very unpleasant people to be around, as they are sure that at any moment in time they are correct. To this end they will patronise, look down on and attempt to inform you to what end you maybe wrong in exruciating detail. Even comment on things and situations they maybe un-aware of.
