What is Daltar?

An individual with nothing to show any personal ambition. This person tends to leech off ones he/she is close with and rarely does anything in return. Many Daltars are very annoying and will come up with any reason to raid your food cabinets.
"Yo who's that guy passed out on the couch, man?"
"Just some Daltar I found looking for a cigarette."
