This means that someone is fat and hairy and looks like rofus the mole rat..this can also be some wants to eat all your food and make love to ugly fat bitches.. This is a person who also may think he is cute and make kissey faces in a mirror.. I strongly suggest if you see on of these D'ambwa you contact animal control and watch out for rabies
