A well known teenage boy who originated in New Zealand. He is the author of the popular Doctor Who fansite, whoviannet and is one of the greatest Whovians in history.

His real image and history is unknown as he ensures he has a low profile, we like to think of him as the Doctor Who version of the Stig off Top Gear. He knows all of the latest news and gossip from Cardiff.

Ella: Wow...have you seen the latest news on Whoviannet?

Kelly: Yeah, do you think it's true?

Ella: Must be! You know all of the thoeries about the author, Dan Butler?

Kelly: I spose. I guess he is pretty special if he can turn into a Time Lord by clicking his fingers twice.
