The Ballroom dances consist of the following: Waltz, Tango, Quickstep, Foxtrot and Viennese Waltz

The Latin American dances consist of the following: Cha Cha, Jive, Rumba, Samba and Paso Doble

Amongst the Latin American dances in dancesport, Cha Cha is generally a fun, flirty and cheeky dance whereas the Rumba is considered to be the dance of romantic love.
