What is Dank&dank?

DANK & DANK...how does one even begin to describe it. Well Mitlon and Gloria defintiely come close. If this word if used when referring to MFSB..then yes it is the HIGHEST compliment. YET, if it used about some unfortunate non member or thing it is MOST LIKELY a GREAT INSULT unless determined otherwise by MFSB members.
M to F: "Omg you are so dank&dank!" (compliment!)
MFSB to PETER: "Peter is so Dank&Dank" (OBVIOUSLY COMPLIMENT...ITS PETER!)
MFSB to hated other: "Ew, he is so Dank&Dank!" (insult!)
