A person (usually a girl) without a scrap of class, characterized by chunky platforms, bad blonde highlights, tramp-stamp, and a cookie-cutter "Laguna Beach"-esque personality. The worst breed of the So-Cal bro-ho, the skank who thinks she's, like, oh my gawd, so fashionable.
