What is Dargoon?

A name given to a member of a small group of men who every year travel by any means available to Dargo for the enjoyment of male bonding, stickies, elocution, D and M's and a game of championship stones.
(1)Public:You can tell by his eloquent speech that he's a Dargoon.
(2)Wife:You're not at Dargo now, so stop behaving like a Dargoon.
(3)Friend:Question; Can anyone become a Dargoon?
Dargoon: Answer;(whilst wanking his nose) Can't say.
