Title, or name given to those who are "above the law". Generally those carrying the title of DaSilvia are skilled in knife fights and taunting elephants. It is a DaSilvia's duty to torture small children and animals. Usually those born with this name have a unquenchable thirst for beer and an everlasting hate for charity. They tend to die due to their addiction to folk music and women.
