What is D-burk'd?

1) A saying for someone who's clothing style is intensely scruitinized by a High School Assistant Principal. Usually only happening to female students.
2) The act of one person doing something innapropriate or illegal and thinking that she can get away with it and then subsequently getting caught.
1) "Wow, that's the 3rd time today that girl's gotten D-Burk'd!"
2) "..man they were so D-burk'd when they stole that care!
