A DD party has recently become popular in several areas across the U.S. and features women who are blessed with DD or larger cup sizes and men who are endowed with "Double Digits" in size, hence the DD on both sides. Race is not a requirement however it is primarily black men and white women. The party is meant to promote sexual promiscuity
