What is Dead Ohio?

Experiencing total anxiety and boredom for a short period of time because you have time before you have to go to work but not enough to get anything done. Time is usually spent pacing back and forth or doing useless minor chores as you wait for the time to leave. Normally occurs in between classes or jobs.
I had a Dead Ohio yesterday because when i got home from school i had work in an hour and got ready way too early.
