What is Dealerese?

The language spoken by, or when contacting, a purveyor of rare herbs and prescribed chemicals; particularly if they are of a paranoid nature. Often results in a conversation where neither of the two parties are entirely sure what is being agreed to.
"He was speaking dealerese so somehow agreed to paying 60 quid for a half ounce."
