What is Deccy?

A deccy is a term for someone who is extremely lazy, slothful, walks like a dwarf on stilts ands smokes an unhealthy amount of bifter. They are usually extemely unsociable, British and slightly overweight.
"Jesus, look at that Deccy over there! He's repulsive!" or "I know a Deccy that works in a book shop, he's disgusting"
