What is De-cent?

Adjective. The word is "decent", but you stress the first syllable much more than when you say the word normally.
Used to express extreme pleasure or acknowledgement.
Person 1: "Dude you wanna buy some painkillers? I have em cheap. Methadone and morphine."
Person 2: "DE-CENT!"
