What is Declish?

Spawning from the combination of decently delicious, may define foods that are good but only good when either you are really hungry or suffering from the munchies. Declish foods cannot be found in your local grocery store but more-so determined by your own desire for specific foods.
Dude I don't know what it is, but this raw salmon sandwich is actually declish! Where'd you get this stuff?
