What is Decoit?

Looters from the Bihar area of India that looted and pillaged India. They are often featured in old school Indian movies riding horses and stopping traveling trains and stealing from people. These vagabonds have largely been curtailed; however, they still have a significant presence in the Bihari land. Many present day Bihari's are descendents of these sleuths and parasites on society however are slow to admit it and often deny their roots. We are at a point in history when these descendants must accept the actions of their forefathers, come to terms with it and denounce their actions. Exposure and dialogue are the only way to stop the present day decoiting that is ravaging much of the Bihari state.
