What is De-freak?

To forcibly remove unsavory individuals (violent goths, meth addicts, prostitutes, drunken bums, dealers, crackheads) from an area.

They de-freaked those apartments last week and now they're remodeling them into swanky offices.

Oh man, Anchor Park has way too many crackheads. I can't walk through there at night until the cops de-freak it.
