What is Defucktion?

The act of reversing a fuck-up, or the act of repairing a previously known fuck-up.

A database administrator accidentally fucks up by deleting a large table from a production database. Woopsies! The Unix systems adminstrator then runs a data restoration from a recent backup, enabling the database administrator to reverse his fuck-up, thus performing a defucktion.
