What is Deggial?

Deggial or Dejjial, is a figure being told in an Arabian folklore as being a name of the anti-god.
"An unbeliever of the sons of God, disbeliever of the book". He has one eye and one brow, with a mark of cefer on his forehead (which represents infidelity), this is deggial.
