A highly derogative term referring to a person who makes a promise or, obligation that is then not kept.

Also known as a liar

A deitert is when:

Someone makes a promise that they will attend three meetings at one time, and does not show up for any.

Someone who makes plans and then bails at the last moment.

Someone who says they will pay for lunch, but then passes the check at the past moment.
