What is Delicious Circle?

The phenomenon when two complementary foods come packaged in unequal quantities. When one item runs out you still have some of the other item, requiring you to buy the first item again. Then you run out of the second item, causing you to buy that again until you eventually throw your hands up in disgust.
Man: Dude, I'm out of hot dogs but I still have hot dog buns
Dude: Man, now you have to buy more hot dogs but then you'll run out of buns.
Man: I'm caught in a delicious circle.
