A member of 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment Delta (Delta Force). This person is a male active duty US Army soldier with a Special Qualifications Indicator (SQI) T- identifying them as a "SFOD-D unit operator."
To capture the really high priority targets, we send in Delta Operators.
