A medical home remedy for itchy testicles. A hole is dug in the snow large enough for the scrotum to comfortably fit in. A woman then urinates in the hole for the testicles to be dipped in for temporary relief. Relief is provided by a combination of the numbing cold of the snow and warmth of the urine.
