What is Dephect?

Dephect was originally known for being the founder of #korea on the once popular IRC network, DalNET. Inspired by Adam Smiths "Wealth of Nations", Dephect applied a modified laizzez-faire ideology to the channels economic policies, converting the once poverty-stricken IRC channel into DalNET's biggest service-based economy. However, in recent years, his accomplishments have been forgotten and overshadowed by his new reputation as the network's most suspiciously homophobic male.
