Essentially; "protected" backwards. Also, an up and coming IRC channel in the irchighway Network
It is disputed among the members how it is pronounced. For some its:
"det-ce-torp" (det-see-torp)
Whereas for other members it's:
"det-cet-orp" (det-set-orrp)
Frankly, nobody cares.
