A bad and useless harmful byproduct of something which got some monster. Has low dexterity, and is very Silly Silly. Known effects are causing people to feel 'dead,' and if they are bald, often a feeling of 'undeadness.' Available only in Thailand.
When I get my hands on some detrimindextra, I will totally make that dude a zombie.
