What is Deuche Chill?

An exclamation calling attention to the misfortune of another who has brought ill will on oneself. Usually pronounced an octave or two higher than one's normal speaking voice and prolonging the "L" sound in "Chill."

Introduced by the character Tobias Funke (David Cross) on an episode of the sitcom Arrested Development.

man: So you wanna come back to my place with me?

woman: Why, did you spend your cab money buying me a 2 dollar beer?

passerby: Deuche Chillllllllll...
