A 'school' that claims to an institution of highly esteemed individuals who are trained in the best possible ways to become rhetors, scientists, writers, and other professionals but is actually quite the contrary. A DeWitt Clinton High School is a dirty, nasty building which is dozens of years old, is in dire need of renovation, has a crumbling facade, and needs landscaping.
