What is Dey-lucky?

Often used by persons of ghetto heritage to describe a set of two numbers in a casino craps game prior to throwing the dice. A superstitious call-out to cast luck upon them.
"Six and Foes (fours)... Dey-Lucky!" (followed by a dice toss)
