If you’re wound up tight and all worried about everything, your DGAF quotient is very low. This is unattractive. If you truly DGAF and you are just a mess, your DGAF quotient is too high and this, too, is unattractive. You need a DGAF quotient is somewhere between picking up after yourself and not showering when you get up in the morning. Somewhere in there is good.
