A unique phallac organ in which the glans protrudes far more than normal, giving a swollen or tumerous appearance. The only current known infectee is David, though those who know of it refer to it as DHP. The true cause is unknown, though similar symptoms may present from swelling injuries of the groin area. Clearly detectable on site.
