A mispronouncing of the word diabetes made popular by former actor Wilford Brimley in a series of TV commercials for the diabetes testing supply company Liberty Medical. Further made popular by the youtubevideo "Wilford Brimley-the beetis" where various clips taken from all the Liberty Medical commercials are mixed and put to a beat.
