1. A way of describing a poorly drawn drawing or diagram.
2. A colleague or co-worker who posseses no interpersonal skills and lacks understanding of basic concepts. Has a fundamental problem with commitment, working as part of a team and the requirement of effort. Usually responsible for much resentment and one of the root causes for low morale and low motivation in the workplace.
