What is Diagraphy?

A book that is part "diary" and part "auto-biography" in which the writer presents a story, or series of poems, etc. as both a personal message to himself, as well as a chronicle of his experiences that he shares with the public.
I am finally finished with my book, a "diagraphy" of my life.
